Summer glau

Firefly was Whedon's upcoming hit show, and it's likely that she had an impact. Summer Glau was very good in her role as the complicated as River Tam. In the role of Tam she was forced into government experiments that required her to be made to become an ideal assassin. Tam's emotional control was taken away as a direct result. Glau got the chance to showcase not just her acting talents, but her combat skills as a character in Firefly. Glau had the ability to maximize her athletic skills due to her training as an assassin. Summer Glau has been a ballerina since the time she was a child. Her broken toe marked the end of her career as an actress. Firefly was only on for one season, but the show gained an avid follower base. This was so intense that Whedon returned to the show just a couple of years after. Summer Glau however continued to work with quality. Summer Glau appeared in TV programs like Cold Case, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.
